Through our Service Network, we coordinate agencies that serve
the Monument Community in the areas of health, social service,
education, economic development and housing. Together we partner
to create strength-based programs and deliver quality services to
the Monument residents. The Service Network is about service
coordination and integration, communication with residents, and
positive community change. The Network is about doing business in
different and creative ways to better serve residents.
The Network is unique in that it identifies not only gaps and
needs but avenues to increase community involvement and build
upon strengths. Strength based services means that we are not
looking for diagnosis, failures, or problems; instead we assist,
empower and provide resources to build health, safety, and
satisfaction. Residents are not defined by their lacks but by
their assets and possibilities.
