Be part of the Network
Do you provide a service to residents in the Monument
Corridor? If so come join us, it's free and the benefits are many.
There are monthly opportunities to network and stay current with
your peers and technical trainings to keep you on the cutting
edge of pertinent issues. Get the big picture view of what's
happening in the Monument.
Network members are "guides": consider yourself an
actual guide to the Monument community, guiding the family/individual
through services, your agency, and to greater community
engagement. Refer your clients with unmet needs to MCP for Family
Support Services or to the other members of the Network. Be aware
of upcoming events and opportunities that you can share with your
clients.
MCP Hub Sites and
Services
Besides Keller House, the anchor site, seven linked 'hubs'
provide locations where residents can come and gain access.
Through these connections residents are referred to MCP for
assessment, referrals to Network agencies, and integrated
services. Network members also are able to provide easily
accessible services from the hubs.

The MCP Lunch Time Training Series
To build capacity of the Network a training component is
offered. Monthly trainings address a current, relevant topic of
interest to service providers. The goal is that attendees leave
with a practical understanding of the topic and tools to use in
their work. Anyone that provides service in the Monument or has
interest in the topic is invited. The Heart of the Partnership
training is held annually for service providers to learn how to
work with Monument residents and the specific challenges they
face.
