Operational Mission and 10-Year Goal
The
Monument Community Partnership builds a community of people who
care about and want to influence what happens in the Monument
neighborhood of Concord, California. We bridge, connect and
strengthen the goodwill and creativity of people from all
walks of life to profoundly improve this neighborhood.
Our 10-Year Goal is to measurably increase the social and
economic stability and mobility of current Monument Community
residents and local businesses in ways that promote the
health, well-being and prosperity of both the community and
the City of Concord.

El
Monument Community Partnership desarrolla una comunidad de
representantes comunitarios que se preocupa y quiere tener
influencia en lo que sucede en el área del Monument en
Concord, Califomia. Nosotros unimos, conectamos y reforzamos
la buena voluntad y creatividad de los residentes de todos
los niveles de vida para mejorar de manera profunda el
vecindario.
Nuestro objetivo a 10 años consiste en
aumentar la estabilidad y diversidad social y económica de
los residentes del Monument y de los negocios locales en una
manera que promueva la salud, bienestar y la prosperidad de la
comunidad y de la ciudad de Concord.
