NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING NOTICE

PROPOSED PROJECT: Urban Design Plan and Design Guidelines for the Monument Boulevard
Corridor. (See vicinity map below.)

Dear Property Owners, Neighbors, and Tenants:

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Concord is preparing an Urban Design Plan and Design Guidelines for
the Monument Boulevard Corridor. The project will study existing conditions and provide design recommendations
to enhance pedestrian and bicycle safety, improve sidewalks and crosswalks, recommend lighting and streetscape
design, and improve the overall safety and aesthetics of the Corridor. The Urban Design Plan will articulate a vision
for the Monument Corridor and provide guidance for future public and private improvements to achieve this vision.
A meeting will be held to present the project and collect public input.

This neighborhood meeting notice is being sent to all owners, residents and tenants within 300 feet of the project site
perimeter. Date of this notice is September 26, 2007.
