Resident Network Strategic Plan
The Neighborhood Action Team facilitators (NATs) who play the
lead role in MCPs community engagement strategies have
created a detailed strategic plan for their work in building the
capacity of residents and creating new leaders from the community.
The NAT Strategic Plan Goals and Objectives are outline below:
Goal 1: Build Resident Capacity

Objective 1: Expand community capacity and leadership
development

Objective 2: Provide mechanism for civic engagement

Objective 3: Continue to bring residents into
participation through the Neighborhood Action Teams.
Goal 2: Assure that MCP is Community / Resident Driven

support resident leadership

access to resources in the Monument Community.
